did in catering our garden wedding last January 2010.
The cateraid team offer something unique in the wedding
industry, absolute value for money. We found Greg to be
honest and passionate about what he does - by offering
great advice while letting us drive the plans, he helped
to make sure our day was everything we wanted without
costing us an arm and a leg in the process. Greg is passionate
about the food and service he provides and this came across
from the our first meeting. He made us feel confident
and relaxed through the leadup and on the day itself.
From designing the menu to suit our own personal tastes
to the addition of small but important touches with the
ceremony setup, lighting and napkins folding, Cateraid
offer a complete service which is not just about serving
the food and drinks but about making the wedding day as
special as possible.
We can't speak highly enough of the quality of food that
Greg and the team produced from the small kitchen tent
they set-up at the side of the house. We would have been
happy to pay top dollar for that meal at any restaurant
in Australia. Every single plate was immaculately presented
and beautifully cooked and all of our guests commented
on how much they enjoyed it. The serving staff were attentive
and very professional and the cateraid team cleaned up
everything afterwards so that we did not have to worry
about any mess the next day.
If you are considering having a catered wedding or any
other event we would highly recommend Cateraid - we wouldn't
consider anyone else."

Many thanks for the amazing job you and your crew did of
catering our wedding. Right from the beginning we felt you
had a good understanding of the type of atmosphere we were
hoping to create and we weren't disappointed. Our guests
absolutely raved about the food, the service from all the
staff was spot on, and the backyard came up a treat with
the equipment and decorating ideas. It was so good for us
that we could relax on the day and not worry about any aspect
of the catering because your staff were so competent and

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed Russell's 50th
Birthday Party. We could not have done it without your help.
The wonderful smells coming from our kitchen as your chef
busyied himself preparing the food for this special night
were just awesome. The two young ladies serving the food
and the young man looking after the bar for us are a credit
to your business. There was so much beautiful and delicious
food and we have been receiving phone calls and text messages
from our guests telling us how awesome everything was. We
love the way you came in the morning of the party and transformed
the back area of our house into a party room and then came
back the next day and changed it back. ( and removed all
the garbage ) The thing that we love was the fact that we
didn't have to lift a finger as every detail of the party
was done for us and we just mingled with our friends and
relatives. It's nights like these that you remember forever.

When a special occasion arises at
the college which, occurs at least three times per year
and we require catering, Cateraid is the only company that
comes to mind. Greg Stephenson runs a very professional
and well equipped catering business. Catering for 10 to
120 people is no effort to him. Greg supplies everything
from the tables and chairs to decorating the venue in any
theme we require. He is creative and can offer a wide range
of ideas that make the venue look attractive.
The food is exceptional and he welcomes any input from the
customer regarding special dietary needs and can offer a
vast menu for the customer to choose. Fresh cooked quality
ingredients are the base of Greg’s business and the
professional service is evident from the moment you contact
Greg to arrange your event. He takes the hard work out of
entertaining. We recommend Cateraid to anyone who is looking
for a stress free fuction, whatever the occasion.

Chris and I wanted to say thankyou so much for catering
for our wedding and making it such an enjoyable experience!
No one seems to have had anything bad to say, not that I
guess they would tell me anyway! My parents were extremely
pleased with how professional both yourself and staff were!
They made several remarks on this! Someone did say to me
'I didn't think the entrees were going to stop coming out
there was so much!' My favourite was the main, it was lovely!
Thankyou again for everything! If I need a caterer or know

Sorry it's taken us a while but we wanted to thank you for
your efforts in ensuring our family and friends had a fantastic
night on Our Daughters 21st.
We have had great feedback from our guests who all thought
the food was terrific and plentiful. The fact that you made
time to discuss with us different combinations and quantities
ensured the food was appropriate for the occasion. We were
able to feed our house guests the next night on wonderful
leftovers which was an added bonus.
Your expertise in arranging our furniture and in providing
additional seats and tables, lighting and draping transformed
our house into a party venue. Without your input our night
would not have been the success it was.
We would also like to thank your staff, who were so pleasant
and professional. The barman did an amazing job setting
up your portable bar and certainly exceeded our expectations
in the cocktails he produced. The waitress was very courteous
and able to answer questions about the various courses she
served.
Everyone had a great time and we were able to relax and
enjoy the company of our family and friends. We are extremely
grateful to you for all your assistance from food and floodlights,
to music and mood lighting with outdoor heating thrown in
for good measure, you covered every aspect of our function
perfectly.
Our Daughter had a wonderful birthday party and we can only
say thank you again for making it all possible. We are looking
forward to an excuse to do it all again!! (Maybe in 2011
when our younger one turns 21).
I will send you a couple of photos from the night separately
as my firewall won't allow me to send them all together!!.
